Awarded to an Ellensburg High School Graduate

A.J. had the biggest smile the day he graduated. After graduating, A.J. furthered his education by attending Columbia Basin Community College in the welding program with plans to one day own a farm. 

Through friends and family, this scholarship was set up to honor A.J.'s name and commend a graduate that has similar characteristics and goals as A.J. did.   A.J. will be remembered for his great smile and his willingness to help others.  Because of the values and goals that A.J. had, applicants of this award are judged on their willingness to help others, positive character, loyalty, and their persistence to achieve goals.
