A Special Urn

Our family had a difficult time picking an urn.  We asked some of A.J.'s friends along with Mr. Beckel if they could make one for us.  A.J.'s friends came out to the house and Dad told them a bit of what he wanted.   They all did a perfect job, which brought special tears to mom and dad.

A.J.'s ashes are buried in the Prayer Garden of the High Valley Cemetery and spread over Quartz Mountain.   Click here to see the special place on Quartz Mountain.

Some of A.J.'s friends started signing the hood of his blazer, so we brought the hood into the school and to the funeral for all of his friends to sign.  We then painted it with a protective coat and hung it in the farms shop.  I can't even count how many signatures are on it.
